Profile of Keith Nakayama, CCIM

As a sole practitioner, and independent Real Estate Broker, Keith Nakayama has been representing clients in land transactions since 1989. Investment Brokerage, 1031 Exchanges, Leasing and Real Estate Consulting have also become important elements in Mr. Nakayama’s client representation.

Keith is active in the local CCIM chapter and M.A.R.T. Marketing Group which meet monthly and has been involved with the national SEC and CCIM organizations. He was president of the M.A.R.T. in 2000 and 2001. Keith Nakayama is the founder and Broker for Prime Properties Realty Inc. in Oregon and Washington.
